Every clinic we assess is evaluated through the HGM Trust Index, our proprietary AI-assisted scoring framework. Each of the five pillars above is scored independently on a 20-point scale, producing a Trust Index total out of 100.
Clinics scoring 85 or above earn Tier 1 Elite designation. Clinics scoring below 55 are not recommended to clients - regardless of marketing or reputation.
