Before building HGM, I spent years navigating the intersection of financial strategy and global health. I watched clients - smart, discerning people - make life-altering medical decisions abroad with no real framework for evaluating the clinics they were trusting. A glossy website and a few testimonials weren't enough. I knew that.
So I built something better.
Hall Global Medical is grounded in the HGM Trust Index- a proprietary evaluation framework that scores clinics worldwide across five pillars: accreditation, physician credentials, facility standards, risk management, and ethical transparency. Every clinic in our network has been independently researched and scored. We don't recommend what we haven't vetted.
I'm also a licensed travel professional, which means I can coordinate the full journey - not just the medical piece. From the first consultation to your return home, every detail is managed with the same precision I'd want for someone I love.

JCI accreditation, ISO certification, national licensing, and publicly available regulatory documentation. We verify what clinics claim - not just what they market.
How We Vet Every Clinic
The HGM Global Medical Trust Index™ - a proprietary scoring framework that evaluates structure, not prestige.
Most medical travel services recommend clinics based on relationships, commissions, or reputation. We don't. Every clinic in the Hall Global Medical network is independently scored across five pillars - each worth up to 20 points - for a total Trust Index score out of 100. Clinics scoring below 55 are never recommended to clients, regardless of how well-known they are.
2 - Physician Credentials & Training
We look beyond the bio page. International fellowships, board certification, active research participation, and membership in globally recognized medical societies - every physician recommendation is independently verified before a client introduction is made.
3 - Facility Standards & Technology
Advanced surgical technology, dedicated international patient support infrastructure, and the clinical resources required to handle the unexpected — not just routine procedures. We evaluate what's in place before anything goes wrong, so our clients never have to find out the hard way.
4 - Risk Management & Continuity of Care
This is where most clinics fall short. We evaluate 24/7 international patient coordination, post-procedure follow-up structure, complication escalation plans, and whether your home physician will receive complete medical records when you return. Continuity of care doesn't end at the clinic door.
85–100 → Tier 1 Elite Global Standard
70–84 → Tier 2 Strong — Case Review Recommended
55–69 → Tier 3 Conditional
Below 55 → Not Recommended
