Hall Global Medical ("HGM," "we," "us") helps people research, compare and coordinate medical care around the world. Your trust is the foundation of that work. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect through hallglobalmedical.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Hall Global Medical is operated by Hall Global Medical Concierge LLC, based in Plymouth, Minnesota, USA.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and location, when you fill out a form, book a consultation or email us.
Health and care information: when you complete our intake form or work with us, you may share health goals, medical history, current conditions, test results, medications and treatment preferences. We collect only what we need to research and coordinate your care.
Travel and preference information: travel dates, destinations, budget, accommodation preferences and similar details, when you ask us to help plan a trip.
Payment information: when you purchase a service, your payment is processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full card number.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, if you subscribe.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our website platform (Squarespace) automatically collects standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, how you arrived at our site, and the date and time of your visit. This is done through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).

To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request, including case reviews, clinic research and care coordination
To match you with appropriate clinics and providers and coordinate appointments, travel and logistics on your behalf
To process payments and keep business records
To send you our newsletter or updates, if you've subscribed (you can unsubscribe anytime)
To understand how our website is used and improve it
To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. How we share your information

We share personal information only as described here.

With clinics and healthcare providers, with your permission. We share your health and contact information with a clinic or provider only when you've asked us to coordinate care with them, and only what they need.
With travel suppliers, with your permission. When we arrange travel for you, we share necessary details (such as names, dates and preferences) with hotels, transport providers and booking partners.
With service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace), our intake form provider (Typeform), our email provider (Google Workspace), our secure workspace and automation tools, and our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
For legal reasons, if required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, safety or property of HGM, our clients or others.
In a business transfer, if HGM is involved in a merger, sale or reorganization. Your information would remain protected by the promises in this policy.

We never sell or rent your personal information, and we never share your health information with insurers or employers.

4. Affiliate links, commissions and other websites

Some links on our website and social channels are affiliate links, including links to Sequencing.com. If you buy through one of these links, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We may also earn referral commissions from partner clinics and commissions from travel bookings. These relationships never affect our clinic evaluations: clinics do not pay for placement or ratings.

When you click a link to another website, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours. We encourage you to read it, especially before sharing health or genetic information with any company.

5. Health information

We know health information is personal. We collect only what we need to help you, share it only with your permission (as described above), and store it with care.

Hall Global Medical is a research and care-coordination service. We are not a medical provider, and our services are not medical advice. We are generally not a "covered entity" under HIPAA, but we handle your health information with the same seriousness.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies (small files stored in your browser) to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner on our site or your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.

7. How we protect and keep your information

We use reputable, secure service providers, restrict access to your information to people who need it, and use password protection and multi-factor authentication on our business accounts. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We keep client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal and tax obligations, generally up to 7 years after our work together ends. We then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 8).

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
Correct information that is inaccurate
Delete your information, unless we're legally required to keep it
Stop sending you marketing emails (or click "unsubscribe" in any email)

Depending on where you live, including certain US states, the UK and the European Union, you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email us at info@hallglobalmedical.com. We'll respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

9. International visitors

We are based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed there. When we coordinate care abroad, we share information with providers in the country where you'll receive care, only as needed and with your permission.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without a parent's or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services grow. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. For significant changes, we'll post a notice on our website or email active clients.
