Terms of Service

Last updated: October 27, 2026

These terms apply when you use hallglobalmedical.com or purchase a service from Hall Global Medical ("HGM," "we," "us"), operated by Hall Global Medical Concierge LLC, Plymouth, Minnesota, USA. By reserving a journey or paying a fee, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The short version: We coordinate your travel and connect you with hospitals and clinics we've independently reviewed. We are not a medical provider and we don't give medical advice. Your hospital or clinic is responsible for your care. Our fee is shown separately from hospital and hotel costs, and if a hospital's own screening says its program isn't the right fit for you, you choose a full credit or a refund minus $100.

1. What we do, and what we don't

HGM is a healthcare research and travel coordination service. We help you choose a hospital or clinic, introduce you to its team, and plan and book the travel around your visit, such as hotels, transfers and optional excursions.

  • We are not a medical provider. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend specific medical tests or treatments. Nothing on our website or in our communications is medical advice.
  • Your hospital or clinic is independent. Medical care is delivered by independent, licensed physicians and accredited facilities. They, not HGM, are responsible for your medical care, its outcomes, and their own fees and policies.
  • Talk to your own doctor. Please consult your physician before traveling for any medical service, and for any questions about your health.

2. The HGM Trust Index

Our clinic ratings reflect our independent research and opinion at the time of review, based on information available to us. Clinics do not pay for placement or ratings. Facilities, physicians, accreditations and prices can change, and a rating is not a guarantee of any outcome.

3. Eligibility

Some journeys, such as executive checkups, are designed for generally healthy adults and list their guidelines on the journey page. When you reserve, you confirm that you meet those guidelines. We do not ask for your medical history; each hospital or clinic conducts its own screening and makes the final decision about whether its program is right for you.

4. Your reservation and our fees

  • Reservation fee. Journeys open with a reservation fee (for example, $500), shown on each journey page and paid in advance. Once paid, you'll complete a short form with your dates and preferences, and we'll send your hospital introduction and itinerary options, typically within two business days.
  • Separate costs. Hospital, clinic, hotel, transfer and excursion costs are separate from our fee and are paid directly to each provider or as shown in your itinerary. Hospital prices are set by the hospital, may be charged in local currency, and may change; any US-dollar figures we show are estimates.
  • If your plans grow. If you'd like more than the journey includes, such as additional specialist care or a procedure, our fee moves to our full journey rate. We'll always tell you before anything changes, and nothing changes without your agreement.
  • Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

5. Refunds, credits and cancellations

  • If the hospital's screening finds its program isn't the right fit, you choose: a full credit toward any HGM journey, valid for 12 months and transferable to another person; or a refund of your reservation fee minus $100 for work completed.
  • If you cancel before we send your itinerary, you may choose the same credit, or a refund minus $100.
  • Once your itinerary is delivered and you've confirmed it, our fee is non-refundable, though we'll gladly apply it toward new dates within 12 months.
  • Hotels, transfers, excursions and hospital fees follow each provider's own cancellation and refund policies, which we'll share with you before you book.

6. Travel bookings and commissions

We arrange travel as a licensed travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel. Bookings are subject to each supplier's terms. We may earn commissions from hotels, travel suppliers or partner clinics; these never affect our clinic ratings and never increase the price you pay.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, including your eligibility confirmation and travel details.
  • Hold a valid passport and any required visas, and check entry requirements and current government travel advisories for your destination.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance, including medical and trip-cancellation coverage.
  • Follow your hospital's preparation instructions (for example, fasting before tests).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HGM is not liable for the acts, omissions, medical care, or outcomes of any hospital, clinic, physician, hotel, airline or other independent provider, or for events beyond our control such as weather, travel disruption, illness or government action. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid to HGM for that journey.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you reserve applies to that journey. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
