Why this setting
This is a world-class all-inclusive estate with a celebrated spa, set on a hillside of forest and coffee farms. It has no medical program: the reset here comes from nature, movement, sleep and being completely looked after.
It is a short flight from most of the United States, which makes it the easiest of our settings to reach for a single week.

Prices are the resort's published starting rates, converted to US dollars as an estimate. Holiday and peak dates cost more. Your proposal shows the exact rate for your dates.

Is this right for you?
The Burnout Reset is for capable, high-functioning people who are running on empty: long hours, poor sleep, no real rest. It is a wellness stay, not a medical or mental health treatment. The resort screens every guest with its own pre-arrival questionnaire, and anyone with new or unexplained symptoms should see their own doctor first.

Is this a mental health treatment program?
No. This is a wellness stay designed to help you rest, recover and reset from stress and burnout. It is not psychiatric or psychological treatment. If you are in crisis, or under psychiatric care, please speak with your own doctor first; we are happy to talk it through on a call.
How does reserving work?
Choose your preferred dates and reserve with the button above. Your card is authorized (held) for the $1,000 planning fee, not charged. We confirm your dates and rate with the resort, and only then is your card charged. If your dates can't be confirmed and no alternative suits you, the hold is released.
When do I receive my proposal?
Within one week of your dates being confirmed. It includes your day-by-day plan, hotel and room options, transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions to choose from, with every cost itemized.
Is the resort cost included in the $1,000 fee?
No. The $1,000 is HGM's planning fee. The resort program and stay are paid separately, as shown in your proposal, and we always show them as separate lines.
Do I need to send medical information?
No. We never ask for your medical records. The resort sends its own short pre-arrival questionnaire directly to you.
