Your journey
- Before you travel. A nurse from the clinic calls you a few weeks ahead to go over your history and your day. Your health questionnaire goes straight to the clinic through its secure patient portal, never to us.
- Arrival. Check in to your hotel the afternoon before. We send you a simple plan for the morning.
- Exam day. Everything in one dedicated location: a full history and physical with your lead physician, a comprehensive blood panel (typically back by lunch), heart testing including a stress test and coronary calcium score, hearing, vision and lung function, body composition, a fitness assessment and executive coaching. Age- and sex-specific screening is added as appropriate.
- Wrap-up. You sit down with your physician at the end of the day to go through what was found and what to do next.
- After. Your notes and results live in the clinic's patient portal, where your doctor at home can see them. If anything needs a closer look, the clinic arranges a specialist appointment for you, usually within 15 days, and within 7 days for anything urgent.

A full-service hotel connected to the medical campus by an enclosed walkway, so you walk to your exam without stepping outside. Or a historic boutique inn a short drive away in the University Circle cultural district.
Weston, Florida
A resort and spa minutes from the clinic, with golf and a quiet pool for the afternoon after your exam. Or add a few days on the ocean in Fort Lauderdale, about 35 minutes away.
We book your hotel as independent travel advisors of Fora Travel, often with added benefits such as breakfast or a property credit. Hotels are named in your confirmation.

Questions
How far ahead should I book?
At least 4 to 6 weeks. Late in the year is busiest. If your dates are tight, tell us at checkout and we'll do our best before your card is charged.
Will tests I've already had be repeated?
No. Tests done within the past year aren't repeated or charged.
Can my partner come?
Yes. Partners can book their own exam on the same day, or simply join you for the stay.
