Your exam day
You arrive early, fasting, and spend the day moving through a program built around you: a comprehensive physical with an internist, laboratory testing, cardiac and fitness testing, age-appropriate imaging and screening, and time with specialists where your history calls for it. Before you leave, your physician walks you through your results and a written plan.
Florida pricing runs slightly higher than Ohio, and it is the natural choice for winter travel or for anyone combining the exam with a few days of sun.

Getting there
Fly into Fort Lauderdale (FLL), about 25 minutes from the clinic, or Miami (MIA), about 40 minutes. We arrange your transfers.
Is this right for you?
The executive physical is designed for generally healthy adults who want a thorough preventive baseline. If you have new or unexplained symptoms, please see your own doctor first. The clinic makes the final decision on its program.
Questions
What does the exam include?
A full day of preventive testing and consultations with an internist, typically six to eight hours, with core labs, imaging and specialist time chosen by the clinic for your age and history. Optional add-ons can be arranged directly with the clinic.
How does reserving work?
Choose your preferred dates and reserve with the button for your residency. Your card is authorized (held), not charged. We confirm your exam date with the clinic, and only then is your card charged. If no date works, the hold is released.
Why is the fee different for international travelers?
Coordinating travel from outside the US takes more work: visas or travel authorizations, international flights and more complex scheduling. The HGM fee is $500 for US residents and $1,500 for international travelers.
Is the exam itself included in the HGM fee?
No. The clinic bills you directly for the services you actually receive, itemized. Tests you have had within the past year are not repeated or charged. Your proposal shows every cost.
When do I receive my proposal?
Within one week of your exam date being confirmed, with hotel options, transfers, travel insurance and optional extras to choose from.
Do I need to send medical records?
No. We never ask for your medical records. The clinic sends its own health questionnaire directly to you.
