The clinic charges €450 a night for a comfort room with full board, with diagnostics priced individually. US-dollar figures are estimates that move with the exchange rate.
Where you will stay
- At the clinic: your room and meals during the check-up.
- Before or after: a grand hotel in Baden-Baden, about 15 minutes away, for a few days of thermal baths and rest.

Optional excursions we can arrange: the thermal baths of Baden-Baden, a drive along the Black Forest High Road, the wine villages of the Ortenau, or a day in Strasbourg (about an hour away).
Getting there
Fly into Frankfurt (about two hours by train) or Stuttgart (about 90 minutes by car); the small Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airport is 15 minutes away. We arrange your transfers.
Is this right for you?
An executive check-up is designed for generally healthy adults who want a thorough preventive baseline. Anyone with new or unexplained symptoms should see their own doctor first. The clinic reviews every request and makes the final decision on its program.

- Your Journey Proposal within one week of your dates being confirmed: hotel options, transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions, with every cost itemized
- One round of changes to your proposal
- Booking the hotel, transfers and extras you choose
- One point of contact before, during and after your trip, by email or WhatsApp
Not included
- Medical care, advice or results: these come from the clinic, which is responsible for them
- The clinic's fees, your flights, hotel and other travel costs, paid separately to each provider
- Changes the clinic makes to its own schedule or program
- Further proposals or a different destination ($500 each)
The planning fee is non-refundable once charged. If the clinic's own screening or schedule means it can't see you, we prepare one new proposal (a different clinic, program or dates) at no charge within 12 months. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

How does reserving work?
Choose your preferred dates and reserve with the button above. Your card is authorized (held) for the $1,000 planning fee, not charged. We confirm your dates with the clinic, and only then is your card charged. If no date works, the hold is released.
Is the clinic's fee included in the $1,000?
No. The $1,000 is HGM's planning fee. You pay the clinic directly for your check-up, and your proposal shows every cost before you commit.
When do I receive my proposal?
Within one week of your dates being confirmed, with hotel options, transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions to choose from.
Do I need to send medical records?
No. We never ask for your medical records. The clinic sends its own questionnaire directly to you.
