Why Seoul
Our lead hospital here has run its screening center since 1990, sees more than 40,000 people a year with over 50 physicians, and can refer you straight into its own cancer, heart and transplant institutes if something is found.
We also work with a second Seoul-area academic hospital whose health promotion center builds each program around your age, sex and lifestyle. Both score in Tier 2 of the HGM Trust Index.
Your check-up
- Three main programs: an Essential exam (about 3 hours), and cancer-focused or heart-focused exams (about 5 hours)
- Advanced imaging as your program calls for it: CT, MRI, PET, endoscopy and echocardiography
- Private, hotel-style screening suites and multilingual staff
- Results discussed within days, with a full written report

Prices are published in Korean won and differ slightly for men and women; US-dollar figures are estimates that move with the exchange rate.
Where you will stay
- Close to the hospital: a luxury tower hotel in Jamsil, about 10 minutes away, with views across the city.
- In the heart of Seoul: a design hotel in Gangnam or near the palaces of Jongno.
Make a few days of it
Optional excursions we can arrange: Gyeongbokgung Palace and the Bukchon hanok village, a food tour of Gwangjang Market, a traditional Korean spa, or a guided visit to the DMZ.
Getting there
Fly into Incheon International (ICN); central Seoul is about 60–75 minutes away, and we arrange your transfers.
Is this right for you?
An executive check-up is designed for generally healthy adults who want a thorough preventive baseline. Anyone with new or unexplained symptoms should see their own doctor first. The hospital reviews every request and makes the final decision on its program.

Included
- Confirming your dates and program with the hospital
- Your Journey Proposal within one week of your dates being confirmed: hotel options, transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions, with every cost itemized
- One round of changes to your proposal
- Booking the hotel, transfers and extras you choose
- One point of contact before, during and after your trip, by email or WhatsApp
Not included
- Medical care, advice or results: these come from the hospital, which is responsible for them
- The hospital's fees, your flights, hotel and other travel costs, paid separately to each provider
- Changes the hospital makes to its own schedule or program
- Further proposals or a different destination ($500 each)
The planning fee is non-refundable once charged. If the hospital's own screening or schedule means it can't see you, we prepare one new proposal (a different hospital, program or dates) at no charge within 12 months. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Questions
How does reserving work?
Choose your preferred dates and reserve with the button above. Your card is authorized (held) for the $1,000 planning fee, not charged. We confirm your dates with the hospital, and only then is your card charged. If no date works, the hold is released.
Is the hospital's fee included in the $1,000?
No. The $1,000 is HGM's planning fee. You pay the hospital directly for your check-up, and your proposal shows every cost before you commit.
When do I receive my proposal?
Within one week of your dates being confirmed, with hotel options, transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions to choose from.
Do I need to send medical records?
No. We never ask for your medical records. The hospital sends its own questionnaire directly to you.
