Why Spain
This university hospital, founded in 1962 and accredited by Joint Commission International, has a dedicated internal-medicine check-up unit that has carried out more than 60,000 check-ups. It scores in Tier 2 of the HGM Trust Index.
Everything is completed within 24 hours, prices are published and itemized, and you can choose the original campus in Pamplona or the newer campus in Madrid.

Optional excursions we can arrange: a pintxos evening in Pamplona's old town, a day in the Rioja wine country, San Sebastián (about an hour away), or the Prado and Retiro in Madrid.
Getting there
Fly into Madrid (MAD). Pamplona is about three hours by high-speed train or a short connecting flight; the Madrid campus needs no onward travel. We arrange your transfers.
Is this right for you?
An executive check-up is designed for generally healthy adults who want a thorough preventive baseline. Anyone with new or unexplained symptoms should see their own doctor first. The hospital reviews every request and makes the final decision on its program.

- Confirming your dates and program with the hospital
- Your Journey Proposal within one week of your dates being confirmed: hotel options, transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions, with every cost itemized
- One round of changes to your proposal
- Booking the hotel, transfers and extras you choose
- One point of contact before, during and after your trip, by email or WhatsApp
Not included
- Medical care, advice or results: these come from the hospital, which is responsible for them
- The hospital's fees, your flights, hotel and other travel costs, paid separately to each provider
- Changes the hospital makes to its own schedule or program
- Further proposals or a different destination ($500 each)
The planning fee is non-refundable once charged. If the hospital's own screening or schedule means it can't see you, we prepare one new proposal (a different hospital, program or dates) at no charge within 12 months. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Questions
How does reserving work?
Choose your preferred dates and reserve with the button above. Your card is authorized (held) for the $1,000 planning fee, not charged. We confirm your dates with the hospital, and only then is your card charged. If no date works, the hold is released.
Is the hospital's fee included in the $1,000?
No. The $1,000 is HGM's planning fee. You pay the hospital directly for your check-up, and your proposal shows every cost before you commit.
When do I receive my proposal?
Within one week of your dates being confirmed, with hotel options, transfers, travel insurance and optional excursions to choose from.
Do I need to send medical records?
No. We never ask for your medical records. The hospital sends its own questionnaire directly to you.
